Alright a new approach to the isekai standard ideas. On this, salaryman being summoned as another world demon army headhunting director. Demon Lord also seems like a good boss also, understanding the basic employees standard recruitment, even held such an entrance exam to the newly headhunting director, a mere salaryman, with a huge abroad experience, Dennosuke!

Idk how to handle this new experience. But gotta say that i am enjoying this first episode.

This appeals to all the blue collar men who feel unappreciated at work, making it feel like a dead end job that leads nowhere.
Im glad im no longer in that position just like im happy for the MC to finally have his efforts acknowledged.

the first episode was so nonchalant, I didn't expect the first problem to be solved by the episode's end lol Uchimura must be a workaholic as expected for the target audience. So far decent

The premise is interesting and fun, but it all depends on how the story progresses. As a first episode, it was good and had some laughs, especially during Dennosuke and the Demon Overlord's conversations, but overall, it didn’t leave a strong impression.

Dennosuke was abused by his peers and bosses, but after being summoned, he finally found a boss who recognizes his true worth. Honestly, everyone deserves a boss like the Demon Overlord. The other three generals, including Ulmandra, didn’t accept him at first—after all, he’s just a normal human—but once Dennosuke proved his capabilities in diplomacy, Ulmandra acknowledged him. She’s pretty cute when she blushes.

Curious to see how the others will treat him moving forward!

Wow

so this is yet another anime that basically hints that companies try to create an "ideal employeer" model or culture for people.

The caracters are completly empty except for "company employeer". Any type of issue? not the fault of the company or otherwise, you know, like needing more resource, more comunication, more advantages for a contract, just plainly the employeer needs to WIN, and if they don't win, it's their fault.

There is no difference between him former bosses and his new job except for the fact that the demon lord sing MC's praiser, otherwise? 0 contribution from the company, but the employeer NEEDs to success without the company being implicated, and sure, they can use other employees, as it dosen't matter, after all, all the credit will go to the company and not the individual.

The red hair girl? there to distract people, sex apeal bait, and most of all, to not make it clear that if something dosen't work, it's clearly because you are to stupid as you need to be a midless ( NO OPINION, NO Voice, NO nothing) employee who does what is needed for the companyes success.

This anime is nothing more then an attempt to brainwash people by setting "standards" of employees that will benefit companies. And it makes me sad that most people are not even able to understand what I wrote. But hey, how to kill a mocking bird is to much for some people. So as long as the employer sings you praises and looks at you, you definitly are not a corporate slave.

Well whatever, I'm sure I'm wasting my time

At first I thought "overseas manager" would be a pun for water powers.
Of course there is the mandatory readhead tsundere.

The terrible pacing, op, constant fanservice made this a horrible experience. The only parts I enjoyed was a slight bit of comedy and the outro.
